About the conference
A global melting pot for
early childhood leaders

The REACH Reggio Emilia Conference is a highly anticipated international event — bringing together educators, school leaders, policymakers and early childhood advocates from Singapore, across Asia and around the world.

In a time marked by rapid technological change and growing social complexity, it invites a profound question: what kind of future are we preparing children for? Drawing on the educational experience of Reggio Emilia, the conference explores dialogue, documentation, relationships and participation as the foundations of democratic cultures of learning.

Speakers come directly from the preschools and infant-toddler centres of Reggio Emilia — the same schools named by Time magazine as the best in the world, and chosen by the Princess of Wales for a two-day visit in May 2026.

"An invitation to sit with the questions that matter most in your practice — around participation, creativity, documentation, and what it truly means to listen to children."
